Training Begins

My training starts in November

Nice and easy to begin with if any one has anything planned, like races or long days out, let me know so if that if it fits in I can join you.


A normal week will be
Monday : Easy 5 K
Tuesday : Hill reps Warton around 6pm
Wednesday: Dallam Club
Thursday: Kendal Climbing wall
Friday: Rest
Weekend: Race/long run
